ILC is a global alliance of civil society and intergovernmental organisations working together to put people at the centre of land governance. The shared goal of ILC's more than 300 members is to achieve land governance for and with people at country level, responding to the needs and protecting the rights of women, men, and communities living on and from the land.
The ILC platform in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) brings together 61 local, national and regional civil society member organisations of diverse profiles: grassroots organisations (small producers, peasants, indigenous people), women's and/or women-focused organisations, NGOs, research or academic centres, and organisations specialised in knowledge management.
